Lyndas Ride 2010

Sunday 8th August is the date for this year's 'Lynda's Ride' in aid of Kirkwood Hospice, a new route this year will take the riders out through the Yorkshire dales to Morecambe with a tough return through the Trough of Bowland and Widdop moor making a distance of 145 miles with around 8000 ft of climbing.

This will be the 4th edition of the ride which has so far raised in excess of £22,000 for Kirkwood Hospice. If you would like to get involved please give us a call at the shop.

The ride is in memory of Lynda Sowerby (Dave's wife) who passed away at Kirkwood Hospice just before Christmas 2006 after a 14 month battle against Cancer leaving a one year old daughter and six year old son.
